The S.A.F.E. Approach and the Shannon Medical Center have partnered to bring our comprehensive workplace violence reduction training and education program to their organization.  After a successful Train-the-Trainer course and online educational program installation, we are looking forward to hearing the positive feedback from Shannon coworkers as they begin learning from their in-house instructors.

We are pleased to announce we have partnered with Citizen’s Memorial on bringing The S.A.F.E. Approach to their organization.  Having just completed a successful Train-the-Trainer class, we will now work together to ensure a smooth rollout to all their coworkers.

The S.A.F.E. Approach conducted a webinar with the Texas Hospital Association on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 entitled:  State of Workplace Violence in Healthcare and Introduction to The S.A.F.E. Approach.  The topics discussed were:

• Current healthcare workplace violence trends
• Review of different training methods
• Explain The S.A.F.E. Approach skills and training curriculum

The S.A.F.E. Approach is proud to partner with the Hamilton Healthcare System in providing their first Train the Trainer class.

The S.A.F.E. Approach has been invited to speak at KENA’s Annual Trauma Summit.  This year’s topic will be Protecting E.R. Staff During Traumatic/Hostile Situations.
